As @Mark Piercy says abs maybe causing issues on the can bus that may effect other ECU's. I take it you've cleared the errors using the diag tool but they come back?

BTW I'm far from being an expert so just throwing things out there from personnal experience.
Yes I’ve tried clearing them many times. CAN bus lines are ok from Control Module to the compressor but not sure if the control module might have died from it sitting around for a while?

The air suspension is in a soft fault, if it was a hard fault everything on the height selector would be blank..

Your issue is ABS related..

These are the faults in ABS

Don't forget the suspension along with other Ecu's use the abs sensors also as speed sensors for suspension heights at speed and vehicle speed in some cases.
Start with the fluid issue first, you can check the abs sensor via live data and see if they respond while taking a slow speed drive. This may not be your problem but you can varify that. ;)
Check for voltage at the ecu and check for corrosion on the pins.

Where are you based at iv got x2 different diag that will help happy todo a plug in if your local
Location given is my neck of the woods, I have basic icarsoft, the foxwell nt 530 and inpa on a note book if but would have thought the autel would do it.

Oh Lincoln. Bit far for me I have an Id bluetooth from gap it found and cleared a lot more faults than my hawkeye ever did.
It seems the best to use on these.

Agree on the Gap iid, highly rated over on fullfat but so far the foxwell has been good enough to get me out the whatsit.
