Hi,

I will have a check if it is this. No leak found at all

The car sometimes goes up by itslef, lowers by itself etc. Strange behaviour.

The passenger side on the right side is the only corner that is lowering. This while i am driving so the car constantly pulles it to one side. It seems it is not getting enough pressure but it doesnt go to fault code...
Are you sure that the strut is not leaking?

Unlike the P38...the L322 will level upwards during the night/left standing....until the air tank pressure is below the leve lrequired for more upward leveling, it will then begin to level downwards like the P38....

I am with the others....sounds like a leaky Air Strut, or sticky valves as per RS2000CUSTOM's previous threads.

Guys we really checked the air strut of leaking and we cannt find a like or hear the leak. Did put the leak finder soap and it also didnt give any result . First of all the car is pulling one side but isnt lower that much, like 2-3 centimeter

The thing to do now is check the valves.. We checked the valves by autologic last week and al the valves were working fine the computer said......

Computers can't find leaks. The valves may operate but if the seals are worn it will not show on diagnostics. Have you checked the pipework to the strut?

No we did not check the pipework, we installed the refurb compressor and everything seemed to work for a week till the compressor died than it al began again... The right corner is lowered

I still think it is most likely there is a leak. Can't always be easily found with leak detector.

Datatek i also think it`s a leak because why is it just lowered a bit and pulling ? Why is the left side higher than right side sometimes? Sometimes it goes way up sometimes it loweres it has his own life.

Last time i had the car running. Everything seemed fine it was in Off Road mode and with no reasen it lowered in the front the 2 bags to standard mode while the rear was in off road. After parking the car while engine running it just got back...?

This was before the right side went lower

So that is back to the valves as in rs2000customs thread. Have you checked for water in the connectors? Is the spare wheel well dry?

We have checked the water no water found in the car or the spare wheel everything is dry :)

What i dont really understand is that 2 valves can be faulty:
Front and the one in the center near the airtank.

Just a simple question, the rear side of rs2000 his car was faulty but the fault was in the center valve and not in the rear, how can this be?

Also when i tried to higher the car in off road mode the front right strut first got high and then got back when te car gave air susp inactive + selflevel susp inactive. So i think too much air is got in the right strut and the compressor couldn`t handle the pressure to get up the left corner wich is not faulty...

However i will keep u posted i will go saturday to the specialist and we will take a look at the valves hopes this sort`s out the problem...

The centre valve controls cross flow between the bags and air into and out of the reservoir as I understand it. Leaks between valves causes strange results. It's better explained in the rs2000custom thread.
The compressor, unless is worn, will handle the pressure, the bags are inflated using reservoir pressure, not direct from the compressor, the compressor pressurises the tank. At least that's how I believe it works, never looked too closely at the L322, I concentrate on the P38:)

Thans Datatek:)

I understood that the Battery could also leak and this can damage the valve/wires between the valve and the strut. This could also cause the strange behaviour off the right strut wich is lower than left one?

Saturday we will get more information and i will post some pictures

Question to sort out if this is possible one of the main questions:

The airtank leaked at the nipple. We sorted it out and it seems not leaking any more. But is it possible if the airtank is leaking that the right front strut is lower than the rest of the suspension? It seems for me impossible...

No that is not possible if the system is working correctly. The system should self level at normal height even with a minor leak until there is not enough pressure to maintain height, then it should self level down as stated by SaintV8

A "leak" within the valve block assembly will not show as an external leak that can be found via soapy water or "air hissing" etc.

Internal one-way valves allow air to "leak" between chambers within the valve and then cause all sort of calibration and height issues.

So i drove the car and when i tried to go up at the pavement i heard the strut coming against the top of the wheel.. So i think their is not enough air.

Update: drove the car to the specialist and put new front valve crosslink valve. Everything seemed ok, drove the car by the highway and guess whst? Right side was lower than the left side. The car now pulls one way.... The right strutt isnt hard at all....... I can squezee it. Seemed to be hard when i drove back anyone got some help?

I take you cleared any fault codes stored in the ECU....

If the bag is totally deflated, there must be a leak in either it, the pipe to it or in the valve block....

Did you get it on diagnostics to clear any codes, as without doing that, the system won't start to fill the system with air!

Yeah, the car gave : air pressure static when filling several times so..... anyone got a clue?
We cleared the fault codes sveral times but now he doesnt give any fault but the right front side strut is really low i can squeeze it...

Yeah cause i cant hear it sissing, and used soapy water no leaks. But then why isnt the car pumping it up when it sees a differenece between left and right?
