Hi going to change oil and filter on a 2010 range rover sport l320 tdv6 2010 3.0 does anyone no if there is a specific torque setting for the oil filter and oil drain plug thanks for any help

The plastic oil caps normally tighten to 25nm as a rule. It is usually marked on the oil filter cap as for the sump plug. If it's aluminum if you tighten it slowly you'll feel it stop. Just use a simple ratchet or ring spanner and not a bar or long tool. Not sure about the specs on the sump tbh. I go by feel.

Make sure you replace the drain plug as the seal is bonded on to it, they don't seal particularly well the second time. I would suggest that you drain the oil with a suction pump from the oil drain tube, the pickup is lower in the sump than the drain plug.
