Hello....I replaced mine with a K&N filter but i was put off with the having to re-oil it after washing it & later found its can cause problems with the MAF sensor...so i ended up replacing it with a Britpart DA4267 which needs no re-oiling & so far is ok but you don't notice the performance gain.

There won't be a power gain, so why bother? Oiled filters can damage the MAF too. Just change the standard paper at the correct times or earlier if you like.
 
i just use a new £4 delivered one off ebay and replace it every few months. keeps it running sweet!
