hi all just bought a 2003 td6 l 322 with 140,000 miles on the clock. Im having problems with the suspension namely
the rear is way too high and the front too low. Whilst driving the "high" suspension light stays on ,i can turn the switch tonormal and some lowering occurs at the front but not at the rear . Access command just doesnt work at all . All the time the rear stays way up . Ive used my rws reader and it reports no problems ,as does the car with no air suspension inactive coming up on the dash .
Any heelp greatly appreciated
hanks

Does the RSW have the option to lower each corner separately to see if the valve block is stuck?

It has the option to depressive the rear. When I select this it drops about 20 mm from full ride height and just sits there. Ot doesn't wont settle to the bump stops . Apologies for late reply had problems with my daughter in hospital

I'm going to have a go but confused by the information I've read.
I know that the actual values given off the rsw solutions interface don't relate to anything and are just that ,readings . Where can I find what actual real heights from wheel centers to vertical lip should be . E.g in mm
Many thanks

On my Foxwell you activate calibration mode then you measure from the centre of each wheel to the wheel arch and input each value and the Foxwell works it out. After it's calibrated you should have roughly the heights as per below.

Out of interest 🙄 assuming the heights are correct across the l322 years including the late facelift models? Asking for a friend 🤭

Mine is the NT510pro but it's been replaced by the NT530 which I believe some have had issues with.

still no luck im afraid ,i changed the piston seal as the compressor was cutting out on the overheat temperature probe. its working fine and recording 11 bar of pressure . the suspension lights have no changed . when it starts it says standard height but shes on the lower bump stops at the front and high on the back ,when i try to rise it the high light comes on and flashes ,das reports max 30 mph but nothing rises . When i turn it to standard the high light now goes off and the standard light is lit BUT the suspension hasnt moved . When i switch to access it flashes but nothing happens on the suspension . the code readers record no faults .
my offset heights are as followed ,followed by the height readings recorded by the reader

front left 608mm ........... -83.13 mm
front right 608mm ........... 118.75mm
rear left 456mm ............. 70.25mm
rear right 456mm ........... -15.25mm

any help insight GREATLY appreciated
