having all sorts of problems as bought it a month ago. changed the compressor seal now comes up reservoir pressure when filling but it will lift .
Now
does anyone have an actual pipe layout of the airlines and where they go ?
if i have a leak of this magnitude surely it wouldnt lift ?
if the reservoir switch has failed can it be changed or is it a second hand reservoir and hope its good ?
when it lifts it gets to standard ok . if i raise it it lifts but the high button just flashes all the time as if iy cant get there quite .
when I try to lower to access the lower light doesnt come on but the standard light light flashes for 5 to 20 seconds then comes on solid.
the rsw software says no faults apart from the reservoir pressure static when filling . The compressor cuts out and holds at 11.6 bar but the compressor hasnt overheated . Ive changed the air suspension ecu and the same thing happens (the ecu came of my 2004 and the 2003 ecu works fine on the 2004)
the 2004 lowers quite quickly whereas the 2003 takes forever to lower. Ive had the compressor out and drilled a small hole in the brass filter as someone posted this causes problems.
I can hear something blowing off in the compressor when its lowering bbut it seems more like a pressure relief blows off .
Do i need to re oring all valves etc ?
if it helps overnight the front sinks but the rear stay up on both sides
