My rrc has a slight knocking noise at the rear left when i go over bumps. What could this be?

Suspension bushes and/or anti roll bar bushes. Might also be worth checking A frame ball joint and A frame bushes.

What year is it , I think they started the anti roll bars in 92 on the standard classic and 1990 on the csk????
