actually the biggest PITA for me was removing the bolts holding the radius arms to the axle... tip for the top, if your bolts are rusted in get a hammer action SDS bit on the end of the bolt and you can drive the bolt out in seconds. To stop the chisel walking you can put the old nut on a few turns and you have nice little recess for the chisel to sit in
 
The fella being me : o) although no doubt there are others. Sorry, rubbish sound... You're going to need a 30306 taper bearing race and a standard bearing puller kit with some jubilee clips and big washers. I'd already done the arms by this stage so filmed the vid using a mock up


Please don't use poly. When I bought my first one I had major death wobble issues until i replaced the poly bushes in the radius arms for OEM. Unless you enjoy the feeling of having the front axle almost ripped from underneath the car at 60 miles an hour of course, but it's not something i would recommend

I never had any death wobble issues, it actually ran quite nicely. Certainly better than the worn originals
