Ok will do, just out of interest, why would it work in the day, and not overnight.

It can be sensitive to that slight voltage difference between the charged battery and after a night of rest... even if it's something else this one must be rued out before going further with any diagnose

Replaced the roof reciver on saturday and shes been fine ever since,
as always thanks so much for your help guys, i couldnt have done it without you
