Is it possible to lower the suspension to access height from out side the car using the key fob?. I was sodding about showing the wife how to shut the window's and move the seats with the fob and I got in a bit of a mucking fuddle at one point the car lowered we both saw it happen so I know its not me seeing things. I have no idea what I did but that would be handy if any one know's how it happened .

Are you certain that it didn't just self-level after you locked it?

There is no provision for altering EAS height with key fob as far as i am aware. Lazy seats with unlock button yes, but EAS no.

I guess it must have been self levelling we both heard a creaking noise and the car went down, shame that would have been handy.
