I dont have a standard oil bath type filter for my restoration of my 1971, 2.1/4 petrol.

My question is, if I use a bolt on to carb K&N air filter, what do I do with the crank case breather? I think if I had the oil bath type, it connects inline to the carb.:D

Hi, mine connects to the adapter between the carb and manifold. Alternatively you can get a K &N breather filter which just goes on the end of the pipe.:)

Just leave it open to the air.
My 1964 2a has a K&N and it works just fine without any Crank case breather pipes.

I've got an oil bath filter you can have for a few beer tokens.

Or just terminate the breather at the highest level poss, to prevent oil rejection.
