Signed up on the back of a recommendation. Currently have a D4 after having a D3 for 10 years. Slowly getting it to how I want. Currently have a roof rack, front plate, rock/tree sliders with step inserts, compressor guard and rear ladder. Work light on the ladder and front driving lights. Need to sort a split charge system and a rear power panel. Will upload photos if I can.

Look forward to getting involved

Cheers Andy

Your to kind sir. I did join when I bought my D3 but just forgot I had joined. Must be some kind of record between joining and first post. Only took me nearly 10 years .

I marshal the Scottish Boarders Rally along with a few mates. It’s a great weekend and you get to drive the course as well.

Hi

Hope it’s not to cheeky to ask , Have u ever done dash cam footage of the course please , always heard the countryside is suppose to be outstanding there

I’ll have a look. Most of the footage is of the cars as they go past. Scotland is awesome for scenery we had two weeks up there last year amazing. This is the view of our lodge for a week.

Wow, that’s not too shabby , lol , was there any fly fishing or wasn’t it ur scene

Lodge reminds Reminds me of the A roof houses in Vermont

Is that a front runner u have fitted plse

Thks

That was on Lock Inver. I don’t fish but always fancied fly fishing. Everything I’ve got fitted is Prospeed, rack, sliders, front plate, compressor guard and rear ladder. Have a Lightforce Rok20 on the ladder, 2 Lazer Triple R-750’s in the grill and a Lazer Linear Elite 18 on the rack although that’s not fitted in those photos. Must say they are awesome lights.

Heard about those laser lights , bet you’ve got them well secured as indeed know there not cheap

Awesome well kitted D4

Had my D3 kitted out as well. Loved it but the D4 is on another level. Thinking of some more lights on the roof amongst all the other things I’ve got planned.

Really nice, the thing is , u use urs, not like many that u see , all kitted out and knowhere to go, lol

I’ve nearly finished the wiring inside of mine , added the 3.5mm aux socket in the dashboard

Just thought u would have seen it on the D3 forum

You got to use them for what their made for. They are amazing off road.

The thing is use it or loose it. Always cycle the suspension up and down, I put mine in off road height in car parks. When in the car park stick it in low range and have a drive round and most importantly use the EPB and service it regularly.
