I was asking Sam about his one!
Mine is a Carb as well, funny its a 1984 4door (soon to be) 5 speed manual V8 project

More economical one :D

That's a shame, if it was a carb and you were still taking the LPG out I would have had that off you.

Like the B&Q tailgate catch, sets the car off nicely! Interesting tailpipe too, what does it sound like?

arches and boot floor are solid, that catch was already on it previous owner thought tailgate was rattling turned out to be his tools in the boot!!

exhaust pipe sounds very nice not to loud and a very deep tone to it

has anyone ever fitted a stainless system to a 3.5 carb before, obviosly people have but anyone on this thread,if so what sort of difference do they make to sound, economy, and preformance? is it worth it? :D

I have a friend who does Safari Comp. He says the best system is sports down pipes. TD5 Mid box then a straight through, about 2 1/2 inch. It comes in street legal and sounds great. That gives you maximum power without much more mods.

Stainless sounds good though.
