Be careful when comparing against videos on vcu's from reconners who advise they losen them off to reduce stress in the transnission.

A "lose" VCU will turn quicker, making you think yours which takes a lot longer is faulty. My videos and results come from genuine GKN built, untampered vcu's.

Looks like you used a bar about 1/3 length of the wheel up test and got similar readings to wheel up test for a given weight. So 1/3 bar length and similar times or same length bar and 1/3 time for off car testing??? Not easy to measure short times so shorter bar gets my vote.

Eye used a shorter bar as eye did mine by putting a long screw driver through the uj. Few will have kit to put a full size bar on so my option makes it easier to DIY copy. Screw driver through uj pointing up and a thin metal tube over it from the other side, which holds the weight. Max weight eye went to was about 26kg.
