Hi guys

Just bought another disco. It's a td5 commercial. As I have only had 300 tdi's wondered if there is anything I should look out for, check?

Any tips would be great thanks

Looks nice. Rear crossmember rusts as bad, if not worse than 300's. Not sure about anything else as I've got a Tdi. Although as you've bought it already it could be too late

Check the wiring loom that sits under the rocker cover and goes to the ecu it can get oil in the plug at the ecu end.

Cheers guys, checked the rear crossmember, bit of surface rust but solid. Will check the loom later as the wife has pinched it and gone to work in it!

Check for a strong smell of diesel in and around the front area. This can be the cause of a leaking fuel pressure regulator. (Also the obvious leak marks underneath).
