Morning all. I've recently put two inch lift on my 95 disco 300tdi and after doing it I took it for spin and have a real bad steering shake that's baffled me and mates. It didn't do it before I lifted it. I've got full new poly set throughout, checked everything is nipped up tight. don't suppose anyone had similar issue that may help? Cheers in advance.

Where to start! Are your bushes and other suspension bits in goid nick? Prop ujs ok? Engine snd gearbox mounts? Wheel balance? Cv joints? Etc....
If you put new wheels on probably they are out of balance

as Ronsealdeath says - check and check again...

Don't forget the basics first:

-tyre pressures
-balancing
-tracking
-HD steering damper...

How did you lift it?

Springs?
Springs and Shocks?
Springs and shocks and camber correction arms?
Body lift?

The reason I have not lifted mine is the horror stories of them driving badly after a lift without the camber correction arms. Springs might be ok without arms they might not, you cannot tell until you have done it.

The poly bushes I've had in the panhard rod are not very good, the inner tube is a poor fit on the bolt and inside the bracket. Also search 'death wobble'

Spring and shock lift. same wheels have been on for while with no problems she'd go up to 70+ without problem. But after lift it Judders . Cheers chaps I'll get on it this after with caster corrected radius, panard. Might even look into the bushes on steering

Prop uj mate the doughnut may have been ok now its at more of an angle it will shred it. Mine has been lifted for 12 mo ths n the doughnut destroyed itself and juddered really bad
