Hi guys,
I've been having a little issue with my clutch lately (series 2a with joint reservoir for brake and clutch) and decided to take off the master cylinder and inspect it. Halfway through the job I realised that I didn't need to (don't ask). I managed to snap the metal line from the reservoir to the clutch master cylinder while I was at it. I was wondering if I might be able to replace the clutch and brake mast cylinders with:
Clutch Master Cylinder (Lucas TRW) 550732G STC100410G Island 4x4 - Specialists in Land Rover and Range Rover Parts and accessories for all models. UK and worldwide mail order.
and
569339 | Brake Master Cylinder - single line servo (round reservoir)
so I would have separate reservoirs. Would this work?
Many thanks in advance. I'm still a very amateur DIY mechanic so I apologise if the question is
a simple one.
