Do not remember if it was this one I saw back in the 80's, think that one was red with a Jensen unit. Thing I remember was the front prop came from something like a JCB with a center UJ/bearing unit so drive to front axle could get around the big V8's sump.

Well found! I'm guessing the ex-Jenson Interceptor engine is either a 6.9 or 7.2 Ltr, as I'm pretty sure the Interceptor was not offered with any of the 'smaller' Chrysler engines. Thinking back to the day when this work was carried out, such as door locks, it would have seemed very advanced! A most intriguing vehicle, but with 9.00x16 tyres fitted presumably to raise the gearing I'm thinking the turning circle must have been challenging! As for the carb set up, perhaps an economy (if such a thing is possible) alternative when on the run?
