try it when it's 3 feet deep against the garage door, blowing a hooley and minus 40C wind chill:eek:
We had that 11years back all be it -20 but several feet of snow. Me and my old Disco were out every day helping out. Remember ferrying nurses from Rotherham to Sheffield, supermarket shopping and drug runs for oap's and anyone that needed it. Was hard work but fun and rewarding

Less is more! :) what's happened to the turbo

Sorry chaps but we've just had another load:rolleyes::rolleyes::eek: Have had to come back the long way from my mums in Sheffield:D:D

Freezing all day here. Hose-pipe clips failed to arrive so no Rangie. Going to risk it in the Jag and hope it doesn't settle!

I had a look at your thread, jeez... So are the wheels and tyres standard or close to it?
I'm not meaning for you to repeat everything..

No probs.
They are 'Wolf@ wheels. Land Rover's Heavy Duty (XD) OEM steel wheel, fitted to Defender 130's (part# ANR4583)
Tyres are Goodyear MTR 235/85/R16 which are slightly larger than standard so gearing is a tad higher but not enough to cause the issues I have had (IMO).
I'll know for sure soon as as soon as I have bled the oil feed to the turbo and it's primed, cos i'll be road testing...

You know the car better than and I can't argue that.
Are the mods you've done typical upgrades or is it a first for this engine type?
