Seems the help system is working ok then :)

I luv the 'Satnav' answer - quality.

Surely the fuel gauge needle bouncing off the empty stop would have raised a thought before posting here???

Funny replies - I like the low fuel warning light - made me laugh.

Serious reply : have you checked the trailer connecting plug ( If you have one fitted?)
I have a light on my dash that tells me when there is a problem with the trailer lights. Its never worked but its there nevertheless.
either that or an aux light, fog or something.
Go round the anscilieries, unplug a few connectors and see if it goes out? After all, a series landy is not loaded with toys so it should only take a few minutes.
When it does you found your public enemy no 1.

Having just rewired my own S3, I can vouch for the fact that it's not _terribly_ hard. Two screws hold the dashboard on, and it's just a case of follow the wire down the rabbit hole.

Eventually you'll find the other end of it...

I thought the fuel warning light was your head torch when you roll to a stop on an isolated country road and need to find the Jerry Can in the back to fill her up again???
