Been trying to find out status of a refund on a failed part for several weeks (and they've had the returned part for nigh-on 2 months now), but it's like nobody is home - phone rings and rings, no reply to emails.

Anyone else having "problems"?

Surprised because I've ordered plenty from Island over the years, and they've always been good as gold with delivery times and quality of items.

I've just called them... picked up within 4 rings (note they don't answer the phones 12:30 - 13:00)... try giving them another call.
