I've got a broken down RRC in the garage ready to do nothing if it snows. At least it has 50 litres of petrol in it so if i get really cold, i can just set fire to it :(

A box of matches (or a lighter) and a few long lasting night light candles. Just a candle burning is enough I'm reliably informed to keep you from freezing to death. Safe in a diesel not so sure about V8's though.

Datatek shame on you. Support the locals. Pop next door to the Charente and stock up on their central heating fluid for people. Reminds me I gotta renew my supplies of Calva.

Still no snow here - gutted! BUT...one of my tyres was perished, so had to invest in one new one this weekend. BLAST!
