Getting a remote for the fuel burning heater from Eeyore (that's the wife) - she's understanding (and she feels the cold, so I didn't have too much of a problem getting that passed by Management!)

Picked up a low mileage factory recon engine with full injection system, air con pump, PAS pump, alternator, starter etc. last weekend, so that will be the next project at the end of the summer once I have had a few months use out of the new stiffer shell.

Follow up on the Christmas treat for my Disco of a floorplan overhaul. It's nearing completion and the results are quite impressive, hoping to collect it in the next week or so.
