It was on a landrover forum mainly Americans on. I didnt sign up for it.
Sorry.
There was a post from 2019 someone couldnt get the wabco one at the time.sourced one of them and his friend did the same.
One apparently failed and one exploded.
Pressure or so from the pump was apparently the cause.
I didnt carry on reading more into it.

Sounds unlikely that a heavy meal sphere would explode and in the States if it did it would be a court case.
One or two posts suggesting a problem against a large number of positive reports on the site selling them does not carry a lot of weight. The Febi Bilstein part comes with a 2 year warranty

Hence the try of different ones and devices came along including the problems they had.

I did read so many forums and pages regarding cheaper solution part or ways to save. Sorry.

You need something like this
2-x-Record-233-Chain-Wrench-36-inch.jpg

it might rip the pump out of the car as well:p:D

Ha ha. The big bloke accros the road heard my swearing. So he offered to help. Chaindriven oilwrench compressor torx wrench ( which I got ) and out withr it.
Bit of fluid came out. Put the new one in. Washed the brake fluid off with hot water.
So should be fine.
