Hi guys,

I’m having problems getting hold of a new air filter housing, I did come across this;

obp 4x4 Air Filter Housing Defender 200 Tdi OBPXAFH001

Has anybody used these, and are they any good? Also how would they work with a snorkel?

bloody pricy that .
youd be needin g the mount at another 96 quid.....

snorkle air intake would go in the end - the out let looks to be on the underside in that photo - i guess youd rotate it round to the side so it can go back to turbo....

Its just a carbon shiny copy of the real deal 200 tdi filter housing

Well I guess I’m gonna have to give it ago as that’s the only new one I can find!

Whilst I’m on the subject, in their add it sates this

“All obp 4x4 aluminium tanks are manufactured in House and are pressure tested and QC Checked before dispatch. The necks on these units are suitable for standard radiator caps.”

Excuse my ignorance but, what has it got to do with the radiator cap?

that will just be generic as they mainly make radiator header tanks looking at their ebay page.
