Hi I any cutting up a 200 tdi discovery for axels, engine ect , but under the work bench is a 2.5 td engine , I going to throw that , I have took the vaccume pump off, flywheel, starter and power steering pump. I am going to scrap the rest £150 a ton at the moment, before I do is there any need for cylinder heads and diesel pumps because there is nothing surer if I scrap it someone will pipe in say the pumps worth xxx. I don't know so to those that do , is it worth keeping anything from what's left?

Thanks

The 200tdi head is worth keeping if it’s a good one, as is the fuel injection pump.
Both worth not huge amount but more than the scrap value per ton

Where are you based?

I have done all that , I just making room. The 200 tdi is for a spare engine . It the 2.5 td I thinking about.
