Hello to all, i hope all are well

My car has something strange.....

The gears need a punch to get in, specially 1st 2nd and Reverse, and sometimes all of them.Other times they go in smooth and easy, but its becaming rare. All of them are hard to shift.
But if the car is off, all of them get in smooth and with no problem!!!!!
My clutch works fine it grabs by half and there is no sleeps
What is going off????!!!!
Is it something serious

Many thanks ....DOCTORS

Sounds like a clutch issue to me, probably the master cylinder at fault, but could also be the connection between the actuating rod and the pedal.

Hello to all and thank you.

Nodge so what plan of action should i take to know and sort this problem?

Hello thank you for the answers
Let me see if i can explain.
As 0 all up and 100 pedal down.
You start to feel resistance at 35/40.
The bite point 65/75
Almost like under middle...

I need to check the oil on the master cilinder?
What oil is used?
Many thanks

I will try to bleed it.
Is there a bleeding point? A bleeding niple or is just dc from the gearbox ..point that enters the gearbox....??? does the upper cap opens?
I tried Haynes and to look for somebody doing it and i could not find something i could understand or find the bleeding niple
Many Thanks

It is the bleed nipple. Make sure no debris falls in to the reservoir.
I use an easy bleed kit that has one way valve so I can just top up reservoir and pump it out on my own. Normally 3 slow strokes of the pedal right down per top up.
Don't let the reservoir run out!
I have done mine twice in 3 years.

I was thinking on doing reverse bleeding like that i dont even need to open the reservoir .is it better?

The reservoir is tiny, so you'll not get much fluid before it spills over.
However a reverse bleed will work, if you can take out the excess fluid.

Hello

BUt this morning was starting to get funny again. i did around 60 miles in town and it beahaved so so.
