EP 80/90 is ok you can get it from any moter factors ie halfords ( personally I wouldn't use them uses a local one )

It is a very easy job will take no more than an hour to do remove the fill plug then drain plugs, drain out the oil( it frigging stinks though) clean and replace the drain plug, fill untill the oil starts to come out the fill plug replace the fill plug job is done.

EP 75 or 80-90 GL4 or GL5 is good for both diffs and transfer box, you will need 6 ltrs in total - IT MUST NOT BE USED FOR THE MAIN GEARBOX.

For the main gearbox you will need 2.5ltrs of MTF94 or if you can't get it, Dexron IID or Dexron III.

Empty all oils and allow to drain for as long as poss (to get all the old oil out) before refilling with new clean oil. I use ptfe tape on the threads of all plugs to ensure a good oil-tight fit.

If you can drain immediately after a longish run the oils will be nicely warmed up and drain quicker - leave them to drain as long as possible as biglad advises .
And if at all possible get the MTF 94 for the main gearbox . When I got my D2 a few years ago it had been well maintained but had ATF in the main gearbox .
When I drained it what came out was just like dirty water - as said many times ATF was not designed for manual boxes .

Oops , missed that .
Apologies
Was going by the post before mine

It was me that led you astray with the suggestion of manual 'box oils. I forgot about the OP's car being auto.

@ Haigy- sorry I forgot yours is an auto - the oil required is Dexron IID or III and you will need 5ltrs.

GL4 spec not GL5

GL4 is preferable but modern oil design means GL5 is now not as degrading as it used to be gl5 is fine for the diffs but gl4 is better for the transfer box if possible, but if you can't get it, GL5 will be fine
