Hi,

I've just bought a 110, 200TDi, red CSW and i'm learning about it!

Would be pleased to hear anybody's views on
the best tyres mainly for road use (I have 16in modular wheels),
Why the steering sometimes squeals,
recommend a good trustworthy mechanic in the Plymouth / south Devon area,
how easy is it to do a cambelt at home,
how easy is it to swop door glass and mechanisms into new door skins,
where can I get paint
etc!

Will somebody also tell me this is not going to be a big project, I have a day job as well!!

best advise i can give you is to paint it a different colour, red ones don't go up hills so well;)

They're all big projects old chap,
As for your tyres I'd probably go for Colway Ctrax AT's they're cheap n cheerful and do the job.
Paddock in Matlock can sort your paint out along with a host of other requirements. www.paddockspares.com

Hello there.

1. I'd go with Wes on the tyres they are readily available as well.

2. Check your power steering fluid level. Or slacken the steering column plastic stuff and retighten it while forcing it away from the steering wheel. Mine used to make a noise like a trapped Ent 'till I did this.

3. Nope.

4. I've not done mine yet, but iff you've got a bit of mechanicle savvy then it should be simple enough.

5. See item 4.

6. B&Q. If it's red wich I assume it is (Redwonten) PAINT IT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!BEFORE YOU GO UP ANY HILLS PAINT IT, OR IT WILL VIBRATE ITSELF TO DEATH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!PAINT IT!! PAINT IT!!!!! PAINT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

7. This isn't going to be a big job. (well you asked someone to say that).

All the best and may your nasal cavities remain unobstructed.
