Great post, I've nearly completed my 90 but still have to do the big back panel, did you have to use a heat gun at all to shape round the alpine window cut outs ?
 
Worked a treat after a lot of swearing, once glued it was a bugger to manipulate, did make the mistake of using the genuine lining that came off as a template, much thinner than the veltrim so when it came to folding things were a bit tight ! also had to lengthen a couple of the fir tree fixings to get a grip on the double thickness at the overlap between the front and rear sections. Soldering iron worked a treat for making the holes, nice tidy sealed hole, fixings did not catch on the carpet. Got the back light wired up too. Fitted a couple of Puma speaker pods in the rear (needed a bit of trimming) and finished off with TD5 window surrounds. :)
 
Thats made an enormous difference, very impressive! :)

The links not working can you let me know where you got that fabric. I don't much fancy getting the wrong stuff! Lol
