I have a problem with my interior lights not working its becoming a bit of a nuisance as I get a small buzz from the dash when the light should be on like a faint warning sound, I located the noise from the dash and this is a small speaker behind the clocks.

The map lights still work and so do the rear interior lights when switched on from the back. I have checked the fuses and all are fine.
This is just a small problem on my journey of Range Rover faults which are numerous as I`m sure we have all experienced.:p

I guess you have tried the following but if not...

Sit in the drivers seat and hold on the middle button on the front dash light pod thingy. After a few seconds you should hear a beep from the message centre and it should read INT. LIGHTS ON

See if this sorts your problem :)

Tried that although I have never had any beep and "INT LIGHTS ON" in the message centre, never thought it done that although as everything else does I guess it should.

Like I said just a faint buzz every couple of seconds most people can barely hear it.

hmm, does the centre big light at the front work if you press the button??

stupid but just a thought, take the bulb out clean the ends and put it back try again

To be honest, sounds like your light pod at the front is broken, replace it with one from eBay and see if that gets you going again, my guess is it will.

Usual Land Rover electrical gremlins!

I took the bulb out and there was no longer a buzz, back in and buzz.

I`ll try the light pod.

It wont work but..... change the bulb? you never know, it could be an amp thing (im useless at sparks)
