Thanks Brian tried to dig deeper using rave but as Sierrafery said don't seem to work 100% not all pages loading up with windows 10 think I will result down to my kids old laptop once it's fixed

My old laptop got "tired" and i bought a new SSD one which had windows 10 already installed and can't open RAVE with it, i dunno if it's windows or the latest acrobat viewer version cos i'm quite dumb when it comes to softwares/apps , i'm just a "brute" user
