Yeah, didn't realise there was a difference. A mate has a non-mil chassis that unbolts to can't remember what engine he has though

I'm going to fix the problems I'm having with this defender then sell on with a clean conscience then buy a military release.

Toyed with the idea before but didn't want the military paintwork

Now I've been stung by a dealer I've realised military release is best value for money and get it waxoiled and resprayed and civilian seating
