Some folks have more than one landy. Some have far too many, they should play nice and share!

How do you folks with more than one insure them?
Do you have a seperate policy for each? If so does that involve some advance math with regard to NCB?

Or perhaps you have some multi vehicle policy that covers all the landies?

Main work car is on one policy with 70% NCB. Landy is on a flat policy with no NCB accrued or taken into account. 12000 miles a year, fully comp, parked off the street for £189 a year due to the fact it is a second vehicle.

I'll have to shop around and see what cover i can get.

I've almost got the better half to agree to having a defender as a play thing.
Can't decide if i should have a 300TDI or a TD5 when she finally agrees...

If you get it on a classic insurance they don't take no claims into account, well Firebond don't anyhow. I saw an advert for a company that would insure more than one landy on the same policy but can't remember who it was now, but it was in one of the Land Rover magazines.

The policy that you can only have one vehicle under your NCB is retarded. Why you cant have multiple vehicles all at 70% is strange. I used to have to spend a fortune on insuring cars when I lived back in the UK. Bloody robbing insurance companies.

Different out here in canada, all cars get the same entitled discount, nomatter how many you have.

Aah but if you had 2 parked on the drive you are still paying tax for em

i have 2 classic landrovers insured with peter best they dont take no clames into account on my 75 series 3 i pay £170 and my 72 hybrid 3.9 diesel i pay £190 i use my no clames on my escort,

I have a 300 TDI and a TD5. i took out a motor traders part time policy and i can own and drive loads if i want to..Great init

Details sonny details, FFS. Who with, How much, What are yer allowed to drive on it. DETAILS.....

I want one of them motor traders policies too.

2 landies and a crv on admiral multi-car thing is cheaper than a quote I had from AA for only my 110 by the way. Saying that they'll not insure edith when I finish rebuilding her as she'll be too modified.

am with lancaster insurance for the landy's 200tdi 92 and an 88 RPI 90 came to 300 quid, again classic policy so i got the discount of my no claims but never used them leaving them to use on my traders policy and if yer asking why i have a seperate policy if i have a traders that will cover them then my traders are **** for paying out wat its worth private sale if they get pinched.
