i notice alot of ppl heavily moddify LR's (for odvious reason) such as engine upgrades and prodject such as shortening a 110 to fit on a 100" RR chassie.

firstly can you MOT TAX and insure these vehicals without loosing my right arm (although i would give my left just to have a moddified L/R -4free)

as if you were to take the latter example would you you MOT, TAX, INsure that as a RR or a defender.
