they do tend to make alot of noise but ive never had a problem with them on in the wet but i have got a second set of wheels that have normal road tyres on anyway just to be on the safe side

stop being picky :D this thread is about aggressive tyre treads handling on the road

Not exactly. It's about how Insa remoulds handle on the road. The original poster was stating that his Insa Turbo mountains hadn't killed him yet. Mountains are more an all terrain tyres. 50% on road and 50% offroad. They aren't overly aggressive.

The dakars, sahara's and special tracks are the mud tyres. The mountains, traction tracks and rangers are the all terrains.

All are remoulds.;):p

Ive had an Insa on the back of mine and its done about 6000 miles this year. No wear at all

I've got an Insa which has done about 8000 miles with no wear anorl.:D:D:D

Are ya pinching my spare again this year or are ya gonna risk it with just the one?

I has pinched one. So yours is safe this year. Thanks for the offer though.:D:D

well i've got a avon rangemaster in the same place that's done 30k this year with zero wear :)

FFS don't let sirus near it cos the rubber doesn't wear a bit at a time, It vanishes all at once.;):p

I was dubious about these tyres at first but needed some muds so got a set of Dakars last week, bloody brilliant in the mud and reasonable road manners been driving all day today at 60-65 no probs at all.

Ya want to see me drive....its like a Landrover storage yard. I have 4 at the moment....
