Got mot in a month or so, just got newnew mig welder (new to welding).
The 2 front inner arches at the bottoms need sorting out, just wondering best way to tackle them would be?

+1 for yrm - they are good.

have a nosy at Easy-on panels - alternative, IIRC, slightly thicker steel. They have a fleabay shop.

Chop all the bad out and leave it squarish then make templates from card. I'd do the bottom first, one piece folded at 45' and then do the side.

Ive dun mine no pics tho. Remove wing then cut out all the rust and then plate in.

I done mine about a year ago no pics but easy enough to do take your time measure and then measure it again I made my panels out of some 1.5 mild steel that I had knocking around and as you say your new to welding have a practice on some scrap steel first,

Take outer ally wing off then plan your attack. Plenty of grinding discs, sikaflex and mig gas to hand. Yrm stuff is good but not cheap but saves a lot of time and faff. Its still a faff mind ! :D
