Hi

I have just purchased a NOS inlet manifold for my 1.8 petrol as the old one is badly split. It just comes on its own with no other parts.

Do I just replace the blue rubber gasket, or are there more parts I need to order to do it properly? I've not taken the old one off yet, so I'm not entirely sure...

The plastic inlet manifold is sealed to the head with a polymer gasket. You simply buy a new one and fit it in the groove that's moulded into the face. All other manifold components simply swap over from the old manifold.
