Simple if they are not seized!

Warm engine, soak with wd40 and remove while engine is still warm. I put a metal bar across the top of the engine next to the injectors, remove the fixings and then use a pry bar. Not had a problem yet.

Use new copper washers and o rings when replacing.

The colour of the smoke dictates where to look.

White smoke could be injectors.

Black some will be low on boost, so look for split boost pipes.

Blue smoke is worn valve guide seals, or other sources of oil getting into the intake.

Worth checking out the oil seals on the turbo. Possibly you have oil throughout the air intake system and the intercooler, that is a common thing. When was the breather filter in the top of the engine last changed?

Get yourself onto YouTube and search for "Comeinhandynow" and look through his videos on smokey Freelanders and cleaning the injectors. He's a member here and his videos explain things well.

Thanks all.
well. Inter cooler cleaned out. All hoses cleaned out and turbo is fine
Looks like checking injectors now
Is there a process for that ?
Thanks
