Hello , newby here hope you are all good,
I have a 1999 disco2 Td5

My indicators have stopped showing on the dashboard but they all work externally, recently replaced rear back drivers side light as was full of water , cleaned up the connector as heard it could be that .
The 3 relays under the dash seem to be clicking still .

Any ideas ?
Thanks

Pretty sure they are LEDs in the cluster and not replaceable, also seems unlikely that both would fail at the same time. Are your side repeaters working correctly? Have you put LEDs in any on the indicators? Would be worth checking the interior fusebox for water ingress

Hiya , yes the side repeaters are working , no led’s at all , I’ve had a look inside but all seems dry , will try maybe swapping a relay tomorrow as a friend has the same model.

The indicator lights in the instrument pack are managed directly by the IDM on BCU request through a serial data link no relay involved so you'll have to replace the fusebox first to rule out the IDM which is part of it then if no change the BCU but this one needs complex programming with nanocom or similar... no other way around unless you are expert in electronics
