has any body done this.just bought some subaru seats cheap and wondered if any body had alredy done it and how difficult it was to get them to fit

cant see it being too hard tbh just use disco mounts

I bolted a sheet of 6mm chequer plate onto the Disco runners and then bolted my Recaros to the plate.

ive seen that before looks realy smart.but the only reason i asked is because im sure ive some 1 on here has impreza seats in using the impreza runners aswell

Them seats are in far to nice of a condition for a disco! they'd look better in my cossy!

Yeah I knowThat's were they started life - not going back anytime soon.

Fitted them in my 300tdi, I'm struggling to remember how we did it but I believe we cut the subframes in half and welded the top of the Impreza frame to the bottom of the Disco one.
