Evening folks. Well after being absent I have returned. Better still I,m keeping my 110 Defender.

Some of you may remember about 6 weeks ago I asked for advice as to keeping my defender or buying a motorway car due to ma marriage break down.

We'll the now separated Mrs Bigvinnie is staying local to finish of her widwife course at uni. Which means ma son and ma boys are staying local. So no long distance driving. Result keep ma defender

However that means I now have to replace ma gearbox as the noise in 5th is horrendous over 50mph. An the rear crank oil seal has well and truly given up the ghost. She drops oil everywhere once parked up.

So my mere saving are about to take a hammering and Ashcroft Transmissions are getting ma cash....but I don't care as i'll have me defender !
