Hi guys

I need to pick your brains !!!!
I have a 1995 range rover p38 4.0 se. Since buying the p38 I noticed after 3 months of owning the vehicle that I was loosing coolant and had no heat coming through the vents, also the hevac had the notebook symbol and explanation mark aswel.
so I decided to take the dashboard out to access the matrix heater. I have taken the matrix out and noticed that it was knackered. I've now replaced this and it now 80% done on putting everything back together however I've come across a yellow/ green and black wire that goes into a two pin white plug but I cannot find where it plugs into.?? the wire is located under the steering Column the wire comes off the main wiring loom. I would appreciate it if someone could give me some advice please :)

Heres the photo of the wire

I wondered if it was interior lights for footwell however there's already a cable/plug for the footwell lighting. Seems strange how this is the only wire that doesn't to connect to anything??

Aw brilliant I will look at this tomorrow evening after work. Are there two footwell lights in the driver side?? just the other wire behind my hand looks purple wire is the footwell light aswell.
