Hello,

Could anyone tell me the HEIGHT of a Disco 2 GS on a r plate, as i need to know if i can get my new defender in a ncp/work car park and i have seen the above in there and i thought a disco is higher due to the extra bit of roof on them?

Cheers

Stu:)

EXTERIOR DIMENSIONS- Factory Specification
Overall length: 185.2 in. (4,705 mm)
Overall width: 74.4 in. (1,890 mm)
Overall height (less roof rails): 76.4 in. (1,940 mm)
Wheelbase: 100.0 in. (2,540 mm)

I'm confused I thought ya wanted the sizes for a defender. But if ya do theres a thread on here wiv the sizes fer a defender just do a search.

Here ya go save ya having to search for it the height for a defender.

1973mm and 1997mm depending on the weight in the vehicle

This converts to 77.68" to 78.62"
or 6'5.68" to 6'6.62"

So with the roof rails would the disco be taller then the defender?

Probably about the same as an unladen defender is 2" taller then a disco.

is a 90 ht with 265 x 75 x 16 bfg mt tyres going to be over a MAX height of 2.057"?

Cheers

i suspect it will be. why not get the radius of yer standard tyres and subtract from overall height. then get the radius of yer big silly fook orf tyres and add that to the overall less standard radius height
