Help,
Going round in circles trying to bleed my brakes. I seem to be able to get fluid through the second circuit but not the primary.
Whatever I do I seem to get bubbles in the master cylinder reservoir I have pumped the pedal so many times my leg is now pumped up also. I have tried a pressure bleeding system and get nothing.
I don't want to lead any answers so please all suggestions welcome.

When you say you get nothing with a pressure bleed kit....do you mean nothing out of the bleed screws or nothing changes regards pedal feel??

Nothing out of the bleed screws and then back to bubble every time I put my foot down with the kit removed

I can only assume the ports in the master cylinder would be blocked!!!

if its the orginal master cylinder, its what 40 years old plus. the seals inside are probably shot and broken down.

Take off the master cylinder and bench bleed it, look it up on YouTube, if you still have bubbles when bleeding this way then you know for certain the problem lies with the master.

Thanks guys, I'll take it off and have a look in a couple of days as I have just been to a pub reunion from a pub we used to go to 30 years ago so it may take me all week to recover! recovery time is much slower these days :D:)
