Hi
I'm having problems again, I'm sure related to my previous thread 'Milk in BECM'.....blowing fuses number 14 and 15...rear central locking and towing socket petrol flap. If I try and replace fuses it blows straight away.
Do I need to go back inside the BECM again if so what will I be looking for, I have had the odd rear sde light on and one fog light flickering on and off as well.

I would be chasing the wiring looking for a short to the body.I'd start with the wiring where it passes through the B post to the rear door,I'd go for off side first seeing the petrol flap is on that side as well.Good luck.

I will investigate the wiring in the areas you've mentioned......Cheers!

Hi
Got distracted kept using my P38 without fuses 14 and 15, anyway decided to have a look today, so I thought I would just try to replace fuse 15 to see what happen, last week it just popped straight away.
Well today it went in.....and my problem is I have one fog light on and one side rear light on, these go out if I remove the fuse...…...any ideas anybody.

Bunch of wiring in drivers side of boot (other side to the amp). Towing electrics harness and the fuel flap runs near there, any sign of damp ingress or weathered connections

When the light is on can you trace the short perhaps?
