Hi everyone got a prob changed my steering wheel for a removable snap on off one tightened everything up then went to start it up but key wouldn't turn all the way eventually got ignition light on started it but then key wouldn't budge to turn it off so had to stall car to stop it any idea's wats wrong

Thanks its a 61 plate 110 utility 2.4 tdci got a bloke coming to take a look at it tomorrow so hopefully be sorted let you know how I get on cheers

Hi everyone turns out my ignition barrel is knackered seen them on ebay for 100 pound the complete thing with 2 keys is it just a straight forward swap or is there more to it any one else had this problem cheers

Its not that simple all modern keys are coded & have chips, you might be able to swap the chips over from
one key to another ive never done a newish landy one but its worked on other marques, if they cant be removed the keys
will need re-programmed.
