Hi everyone, i been having a problem with my 1989 90 ignition light, it keeps staying on when the ignition is turened off and the keys are out the ignition, however turns it self off when the trucks running, i think its an earth problem, but just wondering other peoples opinons.

Sounds like voltage regulator fault?

I had a similar a few years back - turned out to be a F"kc£d ignition barrel.

my vote is for voltage regulator on alternator, one of the diodes blown.

could be ithe ignition switch is f**ked on the back of the barrel
