It would only be very occasionally used as a vehicle trailer so I think I'll price up a 12ft flatbed. A tipper would be handy but not ideal the get plant on and much more expensive. I'm toying around with different setups but a 12footer could hold a fair few m3 vented bags which could be forked on, eliminating once set of handling.

Look at 14s as well. Not a lot more money, and gives you extra options.

Ifor Williams LL14R 4 wheel trailer. 6'6x14ft, ball hitch, with hand winch and ramps! It'll carry 3T.
it was bought, stored in a barn and only done one trip to Devon and back. Tyres are as new. It all works lights brakes etc.
 
I have a 16' twin axle Ifor which carried my D2 back from Wales to the East Coast.

It was a little top heavy but not too bad if you can drive properly.

Certainly a lower flat bed would be better for a big vehicle but I also use it for general hauling and it tows extremely well, very stable.
Plus, reversing a longer trailer is easier, if you enjoy that kind of thing.

It has a winch, which is a bonus and just fits a D2 for width and length, almost made to measure.
