No I've stolen the landrover then decided to advertise the parts on a public forum. I've also posted a picture of the of the said stolen landrover and invited people to my home to view it.

Still waiting for a pic of the V5 though?? I take it that the V5 will be returned to DVLA and the vehicle reported as scrapped then??

No as the chassis is solid and rolling it will be sold as a rolling chassis along with all the documentation. Perfectly legal.
As for who owns it, it is my friends but I have agreed to help brake it, help sell the parts and earn some money. I'm not sure why this is relevant?!
If anybody would like to buy any parts and is unsure if the sale is legit I will happily show any required documents.
Oh and it will be going on eBay I just thought I would offer parts to fellow enthusiasts before going down the eBay route. Obviously this is the mistake I made that I won't make again.
